Overview Lettings Negotiator – We\’re looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our fantastic Bairstow Eves team based in Barking. This is a great opportunity to grow within residential lettings within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. With an OTE of £27,500, industry-leading training, and a supportive team, you\’ll have everything you need to succeed and build a successful career.

What We\’re Looking For The preferred candidate will have prior experience in lettings or other estate agency-based roles, but this is not essential.
Able to generate business in a target driven environment.
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle.
Your Role Generate and book valuations.
Qualify and service new applicants.
Carry out property viewings.
Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
Administer tenancies (with support).
Provide outstanding customer service.
