Stock Transfers: Manage and coordinate the movement of stock between locations, ensuring accurate and timely transfers.

Dealing with Returns: Handle customer returns with efficiency and accuracy, processing them through the appropriate channels.

Booking Pallets for Distribution: Organise and book pallets for distribution from our Leeds Warehouse, working closely with distribution partners.

Processing Sales Orders: Accurately process sales orders through our systems, ensuring that all details are correct and that orders are fulfilled promptly.

System Automation Processes: Follow and manage system automation processes to ensure operations are streamlined and efficient.

Managing the Order Books: Taking ownership of the order books, ensuring information is up-to-date & accurate, looking into any discrepancies.

Assisting the ASM & customers: Taking calls & answering emails from the ASM & customers regarding order & delivery queries

Experience: Previous experience in logistics, operations, or a similar role is highly desirable.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing orders and managing stock.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues that arise during stock transfers, returns, and order processing with a proactive and solution-focused approach., * GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
