Join our Installations Department as a trustworthy, proactive Installations Engineer, representing Acorn in customers’ homes by delivering exceptional stairlift installations with outstanding quality and care.

*** This role will involve working away from home and the role can include occasional trips to help our offices in Europe ***

Type of contract:Permanent, Full Time

Salary:£40K to £60K Per Annum OTE (Pay is calculated on a per installation basis)

Working Hours:Monday to Friday (Flexible to suit business needs)

  • Comprehensive induction and training
  • Investors in People accredited employer

  • Carrying out installations of our stairlifts into our customers homes
  • Collecting materials from our truck/factory before travelling to our customers homes
  • Carry out on-site repairs and adjustments if needed.
  • Support our logistics and stock management processes.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A full clean driving licence
  • Mechanical or Installation background would be advantageous but not essential
  • Must be honest, reliable, and have the ability to communicate on different levels
  • Willingness to travel, including working away from home as needed.
  • A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out on the successful candidate
