Reporting to: Director

Package: £40,000 – £50,000 + bonus

Location: Buckinghamshire – near Gerrard\’s Cross

The Company

Oscar Digital are excited to be exclusively partnered with a SaaS company, providing healthcare teams around the world with life changing data platforms. They focus on transforming healthcare data into actionable insights to improve patient care. Since opening in 1999, they have grown exponentially, now reaching 7 different countries, with products utilised by over 90% of critical care teams.

We are looking for an ambitious marketing expert to help with the expansion into new territories. You will design and execute innovative, data-driven campaigns that effectively target key audiences, ensuring a steady flow of prospects ready for conversion by the sales team. With a focus on webinars, email marketing and events, you will be a key player in driving demand across digital channels.

The Role

  • Develop and execute creative, targeted marketing campaigns that generate MQLs.
  • Collaborate on creating engaging content—such as blog posts, webinars, and case studies.
  • Use analytics to track lead progression, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing performance.
  • Partner with internal teams on product launches, market research, and strategic initiatives.
  • Representation at industry events and conferences to build relationships, generate leads, and elevate brand presence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar) is preferred.
