The Role – Chief Financial Officer Job Purpose * Provision of commercial advice and expertise, acting as the primary advisor to the partnership in commercial decision making. * Driving the business strategy to deliver strong commercial performance in the business. * Leadership role for the finance function and department globally. * Providing leadership to the finance teams and providing an exceptional level of service to the business. * Provision of accurate financial information that satisfies internal requirements and external reporting. Skills & Competencies * A fully qualified accountant with previous experience of working as a director in a multinational organisation. Having a good understanding of US GAAP or IFRS. * Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. * International experience of restructuring and optimising businesses * Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. * Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. * Candidates will have gained experience in the built/construction environment; however, we will also consider experience gained in broader professional services sectors. * An excellent remuneration package will be offered to attract the best
