A luxury fragrance brand is looking for an experienced Boutique Manager to be based in London.

The Role

As Boutique Manager, you’ll be leading a passionate and high-performing team to deliver world-class service to discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximise profitability.
  • Establish and maintain operational procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the store.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members, providing ongoing coaching.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and take appropriate action to address performance issues.
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures and preparing rotas and monthly payroll reports.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify trends and opportunities, and implement action plans to address challenges and capitalise on opportunities.

You will need:

  • Previous experience in retail management (ideally for a beauty brand), with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Passion for the fragrance industry and a desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
