As a Project Manager at Addleshaw Goddard, you will play a key role in planning, leading, supporting, and enabling business change. You will motivate project teams to deliver the change we need, ensuring successful outcomes from early inception to embedding into the business.
What You\’ll Do:
• Lead, manage, and drive projects involving diverse changes, complexities, and cross-functional departments.
• Influence and build engagement in change to put in place the right people, processes, and tools.
• Work closely with the team to understand and define changes and formulate an approach that aligns with the scale and complexity of the change.
Who We\’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
• Demonstrates confident stakeholder management, leadership and project team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
