Finatal are partnering with a leading mid-market Infrastructure Investment firm to hire an experienced CFO for a large-scale communications infrastructure asset serving hundreds of thousands of customers.
The business requires ongoing high levels of capex but is increasingly moving towards operational complexity. The asset is based in the North East of England but would suit candidates elsewhere in the UK who are open to reasonable travel requirements.
Previous experience as a Group CFO in a Private Equity or Infrastructure Investment Fund backed company is required.
The Role:
- Manage capital expenditure at scale
- Build, enhance, and train a high performing finance team
- Maintain a strong grip on data and take a data led approach to strategic decision making
- Manage an increasingly operationally complex infrastructure business ensuring tight financial controls
- Business partner the CEO and Investors
- Provide precise, high-quality reports to the board and investors
Requirements:
- Proven track record as Group CFO in a large scale Private Capital owned Infrastructure business.
- Ability to balance capital expenditure requirements with complex operational needs
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
