I am pleased to present this newly created role within a business that has recently achieved a significant milestone, making it an exciting time to join them.
The current team manages a mixed portfolio of clients, primarily with complex assignee arrangements. The company aims to expand further and attract larger engagements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with mid-market clients. You will be responsible for client delivery (mainly advisory, as compliance is well-managed by the existing team), training less experienced colleagues, and working with the Partner to capitalize on business development opportunities.
This position is based in London with hybrid working options. The role involves networking, meeting clients, and attending events, so a proactive and engaging personality is essential.
The firm has ambitious growth plans, aiming to triple its revenue in the coming years. With no Director above this role currently, there are significant opportunities for progression. Candidates at Manager level seeking a step up to Senior Manager, as well as those already at Senior Manager level, will be considered.
If you are seeking a new challenge and want to make a meaningful impact, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.
