Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Bristol, South West
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

An established and progressive law firm in central Bristol is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Lawyer or FCILEx to join its expanding Dispute Resolution department.

Due to increasing client demand and a growing network, the Dispute Resolution department is seeking an experienced lawyer to advise and act on a full range of property litigation matters. You will work with a diverse client base, from individuals to SMEs, and manage cases from instruction through to resolution across County Court, High Court, and Tribunal levels.
The role will involve:

Advising on boundary disputes, easements, TOLATA claims, and landlord & tenant disputes (both commercial and residential)

Managing your own caseload and providing advice on prospects and settlement strategy

Drafting legal documents, conducting negotiations, and representing clients as needed

Building relationships with new and existing clients and referrers

Supporting marketing and business development, including blog writing and legal directory submissions
The firm will actively support your professional development in line with departmental and wider business goals, with clear routes for progression.
To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a qualified Solicitor or FCILEx with experience in litigation and/or property law

Have a keen interest in specialising in property litigation

Be confident with IT and case management systems

Be commercially aware and enthusiastic about marketing and business development

Be a strong communicator and team player, capable of building trust with clients and colleagues alike
