Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and technically savvy Pre-Sales Engineer to join a dynamic sales team. In this role, you will work closely with account managers, clients, and technical teams to understand customer needs and design customized telecom solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in telecommunications or technical Enterprise IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Partner with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and deliver product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing technical capabilities and business value. Assist in the creation of technical proposals, RFIs, and RFPs. Conduct feasibility assessments and design preliminary technical solutions to meet customer requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand technical features and benefits. Stay updated on the latest telecom technologies, trends, and industry best practices.Key Requirements: Proven experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer role, preferably within the telecom or Cloud/SaaS industry. Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and technologies (e.g., VoIP, LTE, 5G, fiber optics). Ability to translate technical information into business solutions that address client needs. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
