About the Role – With full scope to sell across ADP\’s Payroll and HR solutions, this role also provides the infrastructure, presence and brand for sales leaders to orchestrate true, global conversations with organisations. You will work as part of the leadership team and with your sales team to define individual territory plans, focusing on new prospects in the Nordics. You inherit an established, but growing sales team. The types of deals that you get to work on will vary; it could be a 3-5 month process with 3/4 stakeholders, at €50-100,000 in year 1 revenue for a local only offering. Equally, it could be a longer, more complex, multi solution or country solution at several times the value.
Responsibilities – Responsible for the overall management, performance and development of the UK sales team in line with agreed sales strategy and overall business plan. Responsible for development and maintenance of comprehensive plan for team sales activity including pipeline and productivity. Will also manage both quota and non-commercial objectives for all individuals/team. Responsible for the management of all active sales processes within the team, ensuring co-ordination of company resource in an optimal and effective manner in support of these processes.
Qualifications
- Experience managing a remote field-based sales team
- Experience leading new business teams with a target focus of selling to Mid Market/Enterprise level customers
- Evidence of coaching sales team to perform using a structured sales process and methodologies
- SaaS / HCM / Tech solution sales experience of 5+ years
- Examples of coaching top sales performers to achieve target, and achieve deals in the region of €100k + ARR
- Based in UK with full right to work and driving licence
Required Skills – Will have the ability to anticipate, identify and analyse problems and opportunities, establish priorities and efficiently allocate and utilise resource. Will have acquired an in-depth knowledge of commercial/sales issues preferably within a payroll/HR software or service environment. Must be able to delegate and co-ordinate workloads to achieve overall objectives within specified time and budget. Will be able to review and measure progress against specific criteria and take necessary corrective action where appropriate. Must demonstrate sufficient flexibility to be able to adapt and respond to the meet the needs of shifting goals. Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, personal integrity and a positive attitude in all dealings with colleagues/clients.
