Our client is seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join their expanding B2B sales team in Burnley. Whether you’re experienced in sales or looking to start your career, full training, tools, and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities * Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to generate new business * Manage a portfolio of new clients during their first 6 months, delivering excellent service and support * Respond to inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads * Carry out daily callbacks and courtesy follow-ups * Maintain accurate records using a CRM system * Achieve sales targets while maintaining a strong customer focus * Handle all calls with professionalism and positivity * Adhere to company procedures and compliance standards (including DCC Code of Conduct) Candidate Requirements * Previous office-based experience desirable (B2B telesales experience advantageous) * Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills * Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven * Organised with excellent attention to detail * Resilient and able to remain positive under pressure * Team player who can also work independently Salary, Commission & Benefits * £25,727 basic salary + uncapped commission * New Starter Commission Plan: Guaranteed £150 commission per month for the first 3 months. If your own customer sales generate more than £150, you will always receive the higher amount.
