Sofina Foods is seeking an Agriculture Assurance & Governance Manager to drive the assurance and certification programme across our Brydock farms and associated supply groups.This role is critical in ensuring our supplying farms meet the highest standards of animal welfare, legal compliance, and customer expectations. You’ll lead audit coordination, manage certification data, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and champion continuous improvement of standards across farm operations.You’ll need excellent organisational and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
