A leading organisation in the defence sector is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join its commercial team in Buckinghamshire. This role is critical to the continued growth and development of the business, supporting high-profile programmes and ensuring robust commercial governance across the lifecycle of complex contracts.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing complex defence and aerospace contracts
- Leading bid preparation and supporting business-winning activities from a commercial perspective
- Ensuring contracts are delivered in accordance with company policy, legal requirements, and customer expectations
- Managing risk and opportunity across a portfolio of programmes
- Interpreting and applying MOD, military, and international defence contract standards (e.g., DEFCONs, FAR, ITAR)
