About the Role:
We\βre working with a leading contractor delivering high-spec mission critical projects across Europe. They are currently looking for a BIM Engineer to join their team on a major data centre project in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in BIM and digital delivery, looking to step up in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and coordination of 3D models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Work closely with BIM Coordinators, Design Managers, and construction teams to ensure accurate model delivery.
Assist with clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks and Solibri.
Maintain model integrity in line with project requirements and client BIM standards.
Support the implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project-specific workflows.
Assist with extracting data and quantities from models to support procurement and construction planning.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital construction processes and standards.
Candidate Requirements:
2-4 years\β experience in a BIM, digital engineering, or modelling role.
Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, or Revizto is a strong advantage.
Experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally within data centres, pharma, or commercial sectors.
Understanding of multidisciplinary design and model coordination.
Knowledge of BIM standards and procedures (e.g. ISO 19650).
