Role – Mid/Senior Software Developer

Salary – Β£50,000 – Β£65,000 DOE
Our client, a forward-thinking tech company is looking for a Mid/Senior Software Developer to join its fully remote team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves building great software and wants to make a real impact.
You\’ll be joining a small, collaborative development team that works across a range of products – from large-scale platforms used by major organisations to creative tools for audio licensing and research-driven projects. You\’ll be involved in projects from initial concept to delivery and will be trusted to take ownership of your work.
We\’re not focused on academic background – we care about practical skills, curiosity, and the ability to think independently. If you\’ve been building apps or sites for fun or have a portfolio of side projects, we want to hear about it. A proactive mindset and a passion for clean, user-friendly software are key.
You\’ll work in a Kanban environment, with tasks assigned based on strengths. The team holds daily standups and values good communication, autonomy, and a bit of humour along the way.
We\’re particularly interested in candidates with an eye for UI/UX and a strong appreciation of how users experience products – especially on mobile. Any creative or analytical interests, such as music, sport, or data, are a bonus.
