Lettings Negotiator – Derby – £27.5k basic + Commission
My client is an established, independent Lettings and Estate agency brand covering the Derbyshire area. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who will be dealing with front end duties including enquiries from landlords and tenants, booking and carrying out viewings, tying up offers and dealing with applications.
Lettings Negotiator Key Skills Required:
- Residential Lettings experience
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Possess excellent customer service skills and a good understanding of the industry
- Be motivated and hugely driven
- To have a good knowledge of the local area
- Hold a full UK licence and car
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am – 1pm
