Lettings Negotiator – Edgbaston – up to £28K dependent on experience + Company Car
A great and rare opportunity to join one of Birmingham\’s most established property companies who deal with lettings, construction and investments. Due to their continued growth in residential lettings, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who also has some property management experience to join their team in Edgabston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out initial property inspections and report to line managers
- Carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner
- Good knowledge of the local area/be confident to show other properties locally
- Provide on-going feedback regarding interest/prices
- Carry out final checks on property prior to key release
- Qualify tenants according to company policy
- Run and manage enquiries and your lettings calendar, contact previous viewers for feedback
- A desire to want to grow the company and provide outstanding customer service
- Competent in upholding the company image
- Conduct key releases
- Market properties on Rightmove/Zoopla (previous experience required)
- Deliver items/documents if required
- Provide admin support from office if/as required
