The CMA HR Division are working exclusively in partnership with a large international organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused HR service. This role involves advising managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, policy implementation, absence management, and recruitment.
What will the Senior HR Advisor role involve?
- Provide professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
