Events Manager Location: Harrow, London Salary:  £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Benefits: 25 days holiday, healthcare, pension, and a range of other benefits Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional evenings and overnight stays for events. Are you an experienced Events Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re looking for someone to take ownership of a varied events calendar, delivering impactful UK and international events that bring people together and drive engagement. The Role: Plan, manage and deliver a diverse range of internal and external events, ensuring they run smoothly, on time and within budget. Lead on event logistics, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management. Manage and develop a direct report, creating a collaborative and positive working environment. Take full budget responsibility for all events, awards ceremonies, and key meetings. Some UK and international travel required, including overnight stays when supporting events. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in successfully delivering events of varying size and complexity. Strong organisational and project management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels. Commercial awareness with budget management experience. Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a keen eye for detail. Desirable Skills: Previous experience working across multiple regions or businesses. Ability to analyse trends and data to influence event planning. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of project planning and risk management principles.
