Responsibilities
Support pre‐sales activities to close new business within the region – scoping, level of effort estimations, proposal responses, SOW preparation, project approach advising, and methodology presentations.
Oversee the delivery of a portfolio of Appian projects at customer accounts within the region to ensure deployment matches executive and business sponsor expectations; may lead or support Partners.
Interface with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Product Support to improve Appian\’s product and positioning within the regional marketplace.
Develop strategies to maintain customer satisfaction and build long‐term relationships with key customers.
Lead development of methodologies, approaches, and techniques to improve Appian\’s Customer Success Packaged Offerings.
Understand a client\’s business strategy and processes, and develop technical solutions that support their strategy.
Provide mentorship and career management for a team of consultants within the region.
Financial reporting and accountability for the region\’s projects and resources, including pipeline/revenue forecasts and staffing projections.
Assist with external recruiting efforts.
