As a Motion Graphic Designer, you\’ll craft engaging animated and static assets for marketing campaigns, digital ads, and mobile platforms. Accountabilities:
- Design and animate motion graphics for paid media campaigns, app promotion, and brand marketing
- Develop static and dynamic assets across social, display, and mobile channels
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and designers to ensure storytelling and brand consistency
- Apply a strategic mindset to asset creation, balancing creativity with performance goals
- Integrate AI tools into design workflows and contribute to evolving team standards
- Maintain organized project files, manage asset handoff, and ensure brand alignment across deliverables
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in motion design or a visual content role with a digital focus
- Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, animation principles, and visual storytelling
- Experience with a variety of ad formats across platforms (social, display, mobile)
- Comfortable working in a structured, collaborative team with clear workflows
