The Commercial & Bid Manager is primarily responsible for managing all contract and commercial agreements, ensuring adherence to the highest professional standards of commercial practice.

This role involves interfacing with internal teams and external stakeholders during the bid process and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creating and managing bids and commercial contracts efficiently, with a focus on transparency and risk mitigation.
  2. Negotiating Terms and Conditions, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and other contractual arrangements with customers, supported by robust supplier quotations and governance compliance.
  3. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and customers throughout the business development process, from strategic reviews to contract signing.
  4. Maintaining and updating legal terms, conditions, and standards related to contracts.
  5. Supporting customers in understanding proposals, payment plans, and milestones, while liaising with bid project managers and managing risk registers.
  6. Staying informed of industry and legislative updates by attending relevant training, conferences, and events.
  7. Developing and maintaining 5-10 year business forecasts and contributing to growth strategies.
