Salary: £25,066 – £29,024 per annum (pro-rata of £41,220 – £47,728 per annum)

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Lecturer in Business Psychology to join our Postgraduate Team. You will:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic online lectures.
- Take on module leadership, ensuring consistent quality and development of learning materials and schemes of work.
- Oversee assessment marking, create authentic assessments, and provide high‑quality feedback.
- Lead or support the creation of new programmes and refresh existing ones to align with industry trends and employer requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide academic advice and support to students.
- Drive innovation in teaching methods, student support, and assessment techniques.
- Days of the week are negotiable.
About You
To be successful as a Lecturer in Business Psychology you must have:
- An MSc or equivalent formal qualification in Psychology, recognised by the BPS as having a Graduate Basis for Chartership.
- Experience in current and effective teaching, learning and assessment practices, and the ability to bring your knowledge to Arden to grow our programmes and provide excellent student outcomes.
- Evidence of successful experience of working in programme teams and of being a creative and inspiring lecturer and colleague.
- Experience or knowledge in Business or Occupational Psychology.
- Experience in teaching research methods, particularly in business psychology, is an advantage.
- Experience in dissertation supervision, particularly in business psychology, is an advantage.
Highly desirable criteria: A PhD (or close to completion) in Psychology or a closely related subject.
