Redline have recently partnered with a leading Engineering company based in Bedford who are currently looking for hire 2 experienced Field Installation & Service Engineers. The company operates on customers sites primarily within a 50 mile radius of Bedford. As a Field Service and Installation Engineer you will be required to visit customers and install commission and maintain compressed air systems. These systems are mostly used in manufacturing companies powering compressed air tools. As part of the Field Installation & Service team you will be responsible for the Maintenance, installation and service of compressed air systems and associated equipment. This requires good electrical and mechanical skills. You will be comfortable working on your own, combined with previous experience and ability to perform diagnostic tests to identify and fix systems issues. In addition to this you will need the following; Ability to log accurate job reports on a timely basis. Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed. Have proven hands-on experience in a similar technical role with electrical and mechanical skills. Experience in scheduled maintenance, diagnosing breakdowns, and making repairs.
