We\’re hiring a Security Clearance Administrator to join their GovSec team on a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role, requiring just 1 day a month in London, paying £35-40/hr (Inside IR35). What You\’ll Be Doing: Lead the drafting, submission, and renewal of UK SC/DV and NATO security clearances Maintain meticulous records for clearance maintenance and aftercare Act as the go-to liaison with UK Government departments, vetting authorities, and NATO Partner with UK-based sales, delivery, and consulting teams to ensure clearance access is aligned Manage UK/NATO security registries and sensitive documentation Help develop and roll out standardised EMEA security clearance processes Support training and awareness initiatives around clearance requirements What You\’ll Bring: 3-5 years\’ experience managing UK SC/DV and/or NATO clearances Strong understanding of UK Government/NATO vetting frameworks Solid programme/project coordination background Brilliant organisational skills with forensic attention to detail Comfortable working cross-functionally with high-performing teams Proficient in Google Suite & MS Office Bonus Points: Prior experience working with MOD, NCSC, or NATO vetting systems Experience in multinational or public sector environments Familiarity with performance dashboards or security metrics
