Teaching Assistant Location: Boston Salary: £90 – £110 Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? GSL Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Boston. GSL Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant who is proactive, compassionate, and eager to support the academic and personal development of students in a dynamic classroom setting. Responsibilities: Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to help them reach their potential Assist the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Manage classroom behaviour effectively and support school policies Provide feedback to teachers and contribute to student progress records Requirements: Experience working in a school setting or with young people is desirable Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service Strong communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in supporting secondary school students The successful Teaching Assistant will be joining a welcoming and inclusive school community where your contribution will be highly valued.
