Job Title: Head of E-Commerce – Premium Lifestyle Brand
Location: Central London
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected lifestyle brand known for design excellence and innovation. As the Head of E-Commerce, you’ll lead global digital sales performance, owning the e-commerce P&L and trading strategy across multiple international markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is data-led, and enjoys driving commercial outcomes while collaborating across brand, product, and tech teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global e-commerce trading strategy, seasonal planning, and sales forecasting
- Own day-to-day performance KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, and SEO performance
- Oversee all aspects of product merchandising, pricing, and promotional strategy
- Partner with digital product, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of digital trading specialists
- Champion data tools such as GA4 and Power BI for reporting and insights across teams
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record in a senior e-commerce or trading role within a premium or global D2C brand
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Power BI and CMS tools
- Familiarity with headless commerce stacks such as Contentful, Algolia, Commerce Layer
- Team leadership experience and ability to influence across cross-functional departments
- Understanding of trading compliance across multiple regions
- Flexible working hours and hybrid policy (3 days in office)
