Overview:
A leading property consultancy is seeking a Chartered Surveyor to join their rural team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an MRICS-qualified professional with a strong background in rural consultancy to work on a diverse range of projects, including landlord and tenant matters, environmental stewardship, development land, valuations, and compulsory purchase.
You\’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, with the opportunity to grow your own client base and develop new work streams. The role offers excellent career progression, ongoing training, and a strong emphasis on business development and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections and prepare RICS-compliant reports
- Advise clients on rural grant schemes and natural capital opportunities
- Work directly with landowners to enhance and maximise property income
- Manage day-to-day operations on rural estates
- Negotiate Biodiversity Net Gain agreements with landowners and developers
Candidate Profile:
- MRICS qualified with experience in the rural sector
