Local Authority Designate Haringey Contact £29.92 per hour Our client is looking for an experienced Local Authority Designate. The LADO role is a statutory role which coordinates and manages allegations of harm against professionals within the field of education. The candidate must be a qualified and registered Social Worker and have management experience in safeguarding and protecting children. It is a busy, challenging and rewarding role which really focuses the skills, confidence and knowledge of the experienced child protection manager and practitioner. The candidate should have working knowledge of child protection legislation and statutory guidance as well as knowledge of Keeping Children Safe in Education and related guidance for schools and education settings.
