We’re a small, friendly team of specialist recruiters based in Hayes, Bromley and focused on finding top Sales and Engineering talent for an impressive and varied client base in the Audio Visual (AV) and SaaS (Software as a Service) technology sectors. We’re growing fast and managing a high volume of live roles for our clients. To support our expansion, we’re looking for a talented, creative, and organised Recruitment Marketing & Brand Manager to take ownership of our marketing activity, elevate our brand, and help us reach the right candidates and clients. This is a part-time / freelance role that would suit someone seeking 2–3 days per week or a freelancer looking to add to their portfolio. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a clear, effective content marketing strategy aligned with our sales and growth goals in the AV and SaaS sectors. Manage and grow our social media presence, keeping content fresh and relevant while staying on top of the latest trends in our markets. Collaborate with our recruiters to transform client job descriptions into engaging, high-quality adverts that highlight the unique selling points of each opportunity. Review and approve all external advertising content to ensure clarity, quality, and consistent branding. Create visually appealing branded content (e.g., using InDesign / Adobe Photoshop) to share on our social channels. Oversee updates and improvements to our website, including SEO strategy, analytics tracking, and landing page content. Requirements & Preferred Skills CIM qualification is a bonus but not essential. Ideally 2–5 years’ experience in recruitment marketing or marketing within a recruitment business. Solid understanding of content marketing, SEO, digital advertising, and social media strategies. Proven ability to lead content marketing campaigns and generate B2B leads. Confident using Google Analytics, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with LinkedIn marketing and content delivery would be highly beneficial. Location & Working Arrangements We offer flexible and hybrid working options, but we’d like someone who can spend some time in the office with us. Ideally, you’ll be based locally to Bromley, Kent, or nearby areas such as Bickley, Beckenham, Orpington, Chislehurst, West Wickham, Hayes, Selsdon, Keston, or Croydon.
