Sewell Wallis is currently working with a brilliant Sittingbourne based business who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a busy period for 8-12 weeks. The Administrator will play a vital role within a busy team and will be responsible for covering reception. This is a part time role working Tuesday to Thursday 8-4pm. What will you be doing? Covering reception and dealing with all visitors to the business. Booking meeting rooms Organising all meetings and managing the electronic diaries for the team. Ordering team lunches Overseeing general admin of data. Communicating with other departments via email.What skills are we looking for? Immediately available.
