Join a friendly and supportive school where you can make a real difference, even on short notice. GSL Education Lincolnshire are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to cover planned and unplanned teacher absences from September 2025. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages in the absence of the regular teacher. Follow lesson plans provided or use your own initiative to adapt material to suit learners’ needs. Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment. Uphold school values and encourage positive behaviour and academic achievement. Be available for short notice or planned cover, depending on your availability. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Previous classroom experience in a UK school setting. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills. Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude to working in different school environments.
