With consistent growth and a strong focus on the future, this business values collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement. They’re now seeking a Finance Manager to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys end-to-end reporting, driving improvements, and developing junior talent. The role: * Management of team, overseeing all aspects of daily transactional accounting * Monthly preparation of the management accounts in line with our group reporting deadlines * P&L articulation to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control, detailing variances to budgets and key trends * Detailed balance sheet and cash flow reviews as part of the monthly reporting cycle * Oversight of accurate cashflow forecasts are submitted for your areas * Ensuring all intercompany reconciliations are performed as per group deadlines * Working with local senior leadership to support business decisions. * Perform ad-hoc analysis as required * Create a culture of innovation ensuring all team work to improve current processes to improve efficiencies * Leading on the audit, working with our external audit team to provide the necessary information in a timely manner About you: * Qualified CIMA/ACCA * Experience working as a Management Accountant / Finance Manager * A curious, logical thinker, able to problem solve and use experience to drive continuous improvement * Excellent attention to detail * Embraces and drives change * A clear communicator What’s on offer: * £55,000 annual salary + Bonus * Career progression in a growing, forward-looking company * A collaborative and supportive working environment * Exposure to both operational finance and business improvement projects
