Job description We are seeking a Chef to join our agency team at the in house restaurant, working for one of the UK\’s leading supermarket and retail brands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating culinary delights and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our workers and guests. Responsibilities Food production and service Oversee and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support Oversee food preparation and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards Replenishment of food items on a regular basis Maintain an organised and efficient kitchen operation Requirements Proven experience as a Chef in a busy restaurant environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations including cooking, food preparation, and menu creation Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends Understanding of food safety protocols and regulations Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, management, and suppliers Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract Pay: £15.00 per hour Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate required
