Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of New Business Account Managers. With full autonomy to shape strategy and execution, you will play a pivotal role in winning and retaining clients, with a strong emphasis on professional and managed services. This is a hybrid role, based in the Reading office three days per week, with flexibility for remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of New Business Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Own and drive new business strategy, focusing on acquisition and long-term client retention.
- Coach and support team members through the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close.
- Ensure alignment with Ultima’s service offerings, especially around professional and managed services.
- Manage a headcount budget to grow the team, including hiring and onboarding new sales talent.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and results-driven culture.
