The Opportunity
TSR Legal is working with an established and award-winning law firm, currently seeking a talentedResidential Conveyancer (Solicitor)to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, while contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
- Sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
- SDLT matters and relevant exemptions
- Unregistered property transactions
- Offer technical legal guidance and support to the transactional teams
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and industry standards
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders, including IFAs
- Provide support and mentorship to junior colleagues
- Work efficiently to meet client needs while maintaining high standards of service
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
- 2–3 years’ PQEin residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters
- Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills
- Organised with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
