The Opportunity

TSR Legal is working with an established and award-winning law firm, currently seeking a talentedResidential Conveyancer (Solicitor)to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters, while contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
  • Sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Leasehold transactions and lease extensions
  • SDLT matters and relevant exemptions
  • Unregistered property transactions
  • Offer technical legal guidance and support to the transactional teams
  • Ensure compliance with SRA regulations and industry standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders, including IFAs
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior colleagues
  • Work efficiently to meet client needs while maintaining high standards of service

    About You

    • Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales)
    • 2–3 years’ PQEin residential conveyancing
    • Strong knowledge of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters
    • Excellent communication, client care, and interpersonal skills
    • Organised with the ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic
