Producer – Commercial or Corporate Insurance (New Business)
Location: UK-wide / Hybrid working available
Salary: Basic DOE + commission/bonus + full benefits package

We’re working with a leading chartered insurance broker to recruit a skilled and ambitious Producer with a strong focus on new business development. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance sales professional to take ownership of a revenue-generating role within either commercial or corporate lines, backed by excellent internal support and a highly respected brand.
The Role:
As a Producer, you’ll take the lead in generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions across a broad range of industries. You’ll be supported by a dedicated broking and servicing team so you can focus on winning and retaining valuable clients.
This role is ideal for a consultative, commercially minded professional with a proven ability to build pipelines and close business in the mid-market or corporate space.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within commercial or corporate insurance lines

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects

Deliver bespoke risk solutions tailored to the client’s needs

About You:
Essential:

Experience in a client-facing, sales-focused insurance role (e.g. Producer or Account Executive)

Strong understanding of either commercial or corporate insurance products (e.g. property, casualty, D&O, cyber, PI)

Track record of new business development and relationship management

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills

Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially aware
Desirable:

Cert CII or working toward professional qualifications

Sector-specific or regional market knowledge

Full UK driving licence (for client meetings as required)
