GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently looking for reliable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to work in schools across Skegness. Whether you\’re looking for part-time or full-time hours, we have exciting opportunities for you to inspire and support students in a variety of settings. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of subjects and key stages Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Keep pupils engaged and focused during lessons in the absence of their regular teacher Follow the school’s curriculum and lesson plans to ensure consistency in learning Provide feedback to permanent staff and contribute to student progress Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Previous teaching experience in the UK classroom setting preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Adaptability and a positive attitude towards new environments A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed Flexibility for short-notice and pre-booked work is desirable Please keep in mind that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
