A Little More About The Role
Due to the capture of significant opportunities including the recent Department for Infrastructure, Transport and Road Asset Management (TRAM) framework and also the progression of advance works activities on the A5 Western Transport Corridor following recent Ministerial approvals, WSP are looking to strengthen our team in Northern Ireland with a number of key roles supporting the full project lifecycle. Our team will be providing a range of services across Northern Ireland including:
- Structural design, assessments and inspections
- Design of road improvement schemes
- Transportation studies
- Active Travel schemes
- Road Safety
- Site Supervision including NEC PM and NEC Supervisor roles
- Senior Project Director and Project Managers
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals at all levels from Apprentices to Project Director to provide support on the services above helping enhance road safety and transportation networks and delivering transformational, sustainable infrastructure that benefits communities across the region.
What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate
A technical background with relevant qualifications (degree, or similar higher education qualification) in any of the technical areas listed above, including:
- Experiences in working on high-quality projects aligned with one of the technical areas described above
- A proven ability to analyse and interpret information from various sources and communicate your findings effectively.
- Experience working either as a client, consultant or contractor, ideally within a transport, public sector, or high-risk environment
- Experience in construction project management and/or supervision under NEC ECC contracts or similar.
