Revenue Growth Manager – Commercial & Pricing StrategySales Maidenhead Full-time United KingdomJob DescriptionRGM – Commercial and Pricing Strategy Champion – Support Senior RGM with development of commercial strategy, identifying role of segments/product groups within overall strategy and recommendations of how to achieve growth objectives, as well as leading formulation and execution of strategic pricing as part of Annual Planning ProcessBuild highly collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales and Finance Leadership Teams in order to shape, develop and deploy RGM strategies.Develop pipeline of opportunities beyond Core Business AOP, supporting the 5 year Value Creation Plan by achieving/exceeding NOS/KG and GP/KG targets for the UK business.Ownership of pricing and promotional strategy for designated categories/segments, in line with overall brand price architectureLead optimisation of PPA by brand, by channel within designated category/segment(s), collaborate x-functionally to bring to project approval.Collaborate with local and global marketing teams on NPD pipeline for designated category/segment(s) to ensure consistent delivery against NOS/KG and GP/KG targets.QualificationsWorking at JDE Peet’s is hands-on, giving you an opportunity to leave your mark.
