Deutsche Bank benefits from having a highly experienced and dedicated Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) function.
You will join the Risk Taxonomy, Appetite and MI (RTAM) team. The Metrics MI Team builds and maintains Data and Reporting solutions for Risk Monitoring, Risk Assessment & Risk Appetite, including Operating Conditions, and ensures that input data is understood, quality assured, and feeds are properly documented.
The Metrics/MI team\’s primary focus/responsibility is to create senior management reports/metric dashboards for the Supervisory Board, Management Board and the Global Executive Committee of the functions in RTAM, primarily but not limited to Anti-Financial Crime and Compliance. You will support the enhanced focus on metric and dashboard delivery, quality, and reporting as a key steering tool for our risks and controls.

Your key responsibilities
- Monthly preparation and reporting of risk assessment triggers, risk tolerance conditions and risk metrics, along with commentaries
- Sourcing, analysing and reporting on various contextual datasets relevant to monitoring and assessment of risk
- Ensuring reliable metrics and meaningful commentary are included in reports, reviewing, challenging and escalating any risks and quality issues where necessary
- Key contact for senior metric owners, working closely with colleagues across Deutsche Bank to understand the front-to-back metric process (including key stakeholders) from metric definition to final production
- Maintenance and further enhancement of the MI tooling, including liaison with the Tableau development team and performing User Acceptance Testing as required
Your skills and experience
- Strong risk reporting background covering Financial Risk and/or Non-Financial Risk
- Good understanding of risk data and associated reporting requirements/ challenges, as well as the mechanics and logistics of accurate and timely report production
- Practical experience in problem solving in the context of data handling and analytics, ability to analyse data sets and work to tight deadlines whilst demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail
- A positive and flexible approach required to operate in a constantly changing environment with strong team ethic, collaborative approach to successfully deliver solutions
- Excellent Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Good oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders across the Bank
