We are searching for a Business Analyst to support a major people and process change programme across our client’s organisation. Acting as the number two to the Programme Lead, you will assist with programme delivery, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support the Programme Lead with day-to-day delivery tasks
- Document current workflows and future-state processes
- Prepare project briefs, reports, and stakeholder presentations
- Use PPM tools (e.g., MSP, Miro, Clarizen, Jira) to track progress
- Bring experience in transformation or business change programmes
- Demonstrate strong process documentation and workflow analysis skills
- Be proficient in producing Gantt charts and using PPM tools
- Be familiar with Jira and Agile methodologies
