Job Description
We are looking for two European Data Managers, reporting specialists to join our team!
As the European Data Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient reporting on data flow from our external partners into our databases. Your role involves managing data reports, organizing information, and collaborating with Finance, Technology, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate and insightful data presentation.
- Remote work is supported, with some European travel required.
- Your main goal is to configure and maintain reporting systems, making data easily accessible for business insights. You will work with international data from hotel, restaurant, outlet, and purchasing partners to centralize, manage, and organize information for financial performance and forecasts.
- You will also manage relationships and forecasting systems for our European GPO and Managed Services business, coordinating usage, statistics, and performance forecasting across sectors.

Skills and Experience Required
- Fluent in English; Spanish is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience with DBA or similar handling large, complex data sources and ETL processes
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik; SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft Access, and Excel skills are necessary
- Experience in procurement, preferably within Food or Hospitality industry
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with management and external partners
- Experience supporting Finance processes (Accounts Payable, Receivable, General Ledger)
- Thorough understanding of databases and their applications
- Attention to detail, ownership, and pride in performance
- Critical thinking and team-oriented attitude
