Are you a confident and strategic HR professional looking for a standalone role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a growing Care company in Birmingham.
You will drive people initiatives that support business growth overseeing all fundamentals to manage the HR department.
The successsful candidate will ideally hold a CIPD level 5 or 7 qualification coupled with experience working in a fast paced, standalone environment with the ability to multitask in a hands on role.
Our client is headquartered in the UK however also operate internationally, so the ideal candidate will need proven experience managing overseas recruitment, with a solid understanding of employment legislation, sponsorship processes, and visa requirements.
