Responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining all heating, ventilation, and cooling systems in the hospital.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain proper temperatures and ventilation throughout the hospital. Maintain all control systems (electric and pneumatic) for AHU and chillers.Ensure all medical gases are maintained at proper pressures. Test heating and cooling water and add chemicals as needed.Conduct preventive maintenance to keep all equipment operational. Repair any equipment that is malfunctioning.Install new equipment, including ductwork and piping for medical gases.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications and Specifications:Vocational/technical training and a minimum of five years of relevant experience or equivalent are required.
