Graduate Process Engineer T.EN E&C Ltd. are looking for graduate Process Engineers seeking to start an exciting and rewarding career in the energy industry at their offices in Milton Keynes, and London. We welcome applications from graduates in Chemical Engineering, or allied degrees, with a 2:1 or higher Masters degree, who are self-motivating, inquisitive, adaptable, flexible and will work well as part of a highly skilled team. The Department: The Process department has 2 main roles: Firstly, it is involved in all projects from the outset, developing safe plant designs that minimise environmental impact and are efficient to run. The second role is in the provision of Technip Energies proprietary technology which includes Carbon Capture, Ethylene Steam Crackers, Ethylene from Ethanol, Fluidised Catalytic Crackers, Gas to Liquids and various petrochemical processes including Ethylbenzene/Styrene. Role: Working under the direction of senior engineers, tasks will include plant simulations, performing Process and Systems calculations, compiling Process and Fluid Systems lists and summaries, marking up Process drawings, designing process equipment and production of datasheets and involvement in design review meetings including Hazops. Training: Globally Technip Energies is committed to development of our employees – demonstrated by our learning hours commitment (30 hours in 2025). You will be part of the graduate training scheme which includes everything you need at the start of your career including sessions on technology overviews and calculation procedures. Vendor presentations and external training are also arranged as needed. Mentoring: Graduates are provided with a mentor who will meet with them regularly to ensure that they are achieving what they need to progress to chartership and be a point of contact for any concerns they may have.
