We have an opportunity for a Composite Race Support Technician to join the Team at the new Silverstone Facility. We aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team. Team members are encouraged to challenge established thinking and share their ideas to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success.
- Shape composite components with high precision using specialised hand tools, power tools, and guiding systems.
- Assemble composite structures to a standard suitable for immediate track use.
- Prepare and repair composite parts as required, including finishing tasks such as sanding and surface smoothing.
- Join composite elements using bonding agents, mechanical fasteners, and other approved methods.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, work schedules, and written instructions to meet exact specifications.
- Perform in-process quality checks in accordance with Cadillac Formula One Team\’s standards to identify defects or non-conformities.
- Accurately maintain all relevant production and build records.
- Consistently follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area.
