Job Description
FSRI is seeking candidates passionate about making a positive community impact!
Position Summary: Support Family Support Partners and Family Service Care Coordinators in partnering with families to meet basic needs, connect to communities, and reduce stressors. The program addresses social determinants of health, reduces care access barriers, promotes equity, enhances positive childhood experiences, and aims to prevent child abuse and neglect. Supervisors provide clinical and program supervision, ensure high-quality services, assist with daily operations, and engage community stakeholders. Training and certification as Wraparound trainers are provided.
Qualifications: Master\’s degree in human services and RI mental health license, with 5+ years of family services experience, including 1+ year in supervision. Flexibility to work varied schedules and share on-call duties. Bilingual/ASL skills earn a 6% premium; multilingual skills earn 8%.
Physical Requirements: Community visits requiring travel, lifting 20 lbs, and effective communication skills.
