Air Tester | Home Based | Site Based | Permanent Ref: DB2438 Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for an experienced Air Tester to join their independent building compliance firm that specialises in Energy, Air Tightness, Acoustics, Water, and Thermography. The successful candidate will work on a range of small to large scale projects across the commercial and residential sectors. Air Tester Requirements: ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 Excellent communication, written and verbal Full UK driving licence Sound Insulation Testing (Desirable) Ventilation Testing (Desirable) Computer Literate E.g., Excel Spreadsheets, Outlook etc Experience in testing complex buildings, Plenums, Smoke shafts, Isolations Rooms and PassivHaus (Desirable) Air Tester Duties: Safe transportation of equipment to and from the test site by vehicle and manually as required Liaise with site agents and personnel Size and plan proposed test approaches Carry out tests in accordance with CIBSE TM23:2000, BS EN13829:2001 and ATTMA TSL1 & TSL2 Interpret and evaluate results during testing Produce ATTMA short reports using electronic system Undertake defect identification where necessary in event of test failure Benefits: Generous Holiday …
